ACRI is supporting AB 316 (Carter-D).  AB 316 creates a fine and punishment for the grand theft of copper.  With the prevalence of metal thefts from large construction sites, public utility yards, rural areas and schools, AB 316 will help decrease the rise of metal theft across the state.
